For any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 12 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 12 hours from the time on which you have placed the order. No cancellation is possible in case products have been shipped.
Cancellation fees: 3% on the total transaction value will be deducted for payment gateway.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned products. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products were purchased in the last 7 days
- The products are in the original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
- The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@drkotturiayurveda.com and send your item to address: Dr. Kotturi Ayurveda, Address – H.No.8-3-833/14, Aishwarya Busi, Kamalapuri Colony, Phase-I, Banjara Hills -2, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Dr. Kotturi Ayurveda, Address – H.No.8-3-833/14, Aishwarya Busi, Kamalapuri Colony, Phase-I, Banjara Hills -2, Hyderabad, Telangana.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
